- Exclusions: Mouthpieces, metal WPAs, o-rings, screens, and glass stems are not covered.
Replacement Process:
- Products are eligible for replacement if found defective due to manufacturing issues.
- Videos and pictures depicting the defect are required.
- The decision for replacement will be made by BFG.
Shipping Details:
- Replacements are shipped via VNPOST (3-4 weeks delivery time).
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Can The Flare be used with VapCap and Anvil?
Answer: At the moment, The Flare is not compatible with ball vapes. While we’re working on a new version that will support ball vapes, this current model is optimized for use with Dani Fusion, Dynavap, Anvil, and TA.

How long does it take to heat up the Dani Fusion 2.0, and what are the best practices for using it?
Answer: The Dani Fusion 2.0 takes approximately 40 seconds to heat up a full bowl from a cold start. If the device is still hot (applied for the 2nd-3rd heat up), it takes about 15 seconds. For those who prefer to heat and finish the bowl in one go, you can safely go past the click for an additional 3-4 seconds.
