Warranty Coverage
- Flare (Induction Heater): 6 months
- Wood Products: 6 months
- Dani/Fusion Tips, Dani/Fusion Caps: 6 months
- Exclusions: Mouthpieces, Metal WPAs, Metal Stems, O-rings, Screens, and Glass Stems are not covered.
Replacement Process
- Products are eligible for replacement if they are found to have defects caused by manufacturing issues.
- Customers must provide videos and pictures clearly showing the defect.
- All replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of BatteryFreeGanz (BFG).
Shipping Details
- Warranty replacements will be shipped via:
- Standard Shipping (4–6 weeks) for general products..
- Note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
